Advanced Cardiac Imaging Fellowship

The Advanced Cardiac Imaging Fellowship is an academically-oriented training program offering COCATS level III training in cardiac PET, CT, MRI, and SPECT. The program faculty consists of seven cardiologists, along with five affiliated radiologists, all of whom are multimodality imagers. The laboratories perform and interpret over 8,000 studies per year. Fellows are encouraged to participate in numerous cardiac imaging research activities. For the duration of the program, they are hired as junior faculty members (Instructor in Medicine) at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, where they are involved in the teaching activities of the Division of Cardiology.

How To Apply

This one-year program is open to candidates who will have completed an ACGME-accredited general cardiology fellowship or RCPSC-accredited adult cardiology residency by the start of the fellowship, are eligible for clinical faculty appointment at Columbia University, and seek additional training in multimodality cardiac imaging.
