Coming Up: The Next Cardiovascular Forum!
Join us on Monday, June 28th for our monthly Cardiovascular Forum, hosted by NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Register Today!
At our June Forum, we'll discuss pulmonary embolisms – the third most common cause of death from cardiovascular disease. Case presentations will be reviewed and discussed on Acute and Chronic PE and PTE.
As a member of the Pulmonary Embolism Response Team (PERT) Consortium, Columbia is in the vanguard of treating pulmonary embolism with a rapid response, multidisciplinary team. The PERT Consortium aims to guide and influence PE care and research in institutions across the U.S. and to become the driving force behind increased survival rates and future treatment.
